At Enerenergyil, we are committed to providing you with high-quality floral arrangements and excellent customer service. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Fresh Flower Arrangements

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns on fresh floral arrangements once they have been delivered. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied.

Quality Guarantee

If you receive an arrangement that does not meet our quality standards or is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:

  • Replacement of the arrangement at no additional cost
  • Partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances
  • Store credit for future purchases

Dried Arrangements and Preserved Flowers

For dried arrangements and preserved flower products, returns may be accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at info@enerenergyil.world within 14 days of purchase
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Receive return authorization and instructions
  • Ship the item back in its original packaging

Custom Orders

Custom floral arrangements and personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a quality issue or error on our part. We work closely with customers during the design process to ensure satisfaction before creation.

Event Services

For wedding and event services:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date may receive a partial refund
  • Cancellations made 14-30 days before the event date may receive store credit
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date are non-refundable

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 5-10 business days
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the delivery was our error

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged order or an order that does not match what you purchased:

  • Contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery
  • Take photos of the damaged or incorrect items if possible
  • We will arrange for replacement or refund as appropriate

Delivery Issues

If your order was not delivered on the scheduled date or was delivered to the wrong address:

  • Contact us immediately so we can investigate
  • We will work to resolve the delivery issue promptly
  • Full refunds may be provided if we are unable to fulfill the order
